Delivery

• All standard deliveries are dispatched within 24 hours from the order date and will be delivered within 5 - 7 working days after placing the order.
• A standard shipping rate of INR 80 will be applicable on all COD orders 
• All Ossiya orders will be delivered in a discreet Ossiya mailing bag, ensuring safe arrival at your doorstep.

Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
